Natureplast in Maaseik

In the Belgian villa of Inge and her family in Maaseik, Stone Age completed a remarkable reference project using Natureplast, the 100% natural clay plaster. The product was applied to both walls and ceilings, contributing to a healthy indoor climate and a visually calming living environment. The chosen colour – NP-02 Marigold – fits seamlessly into the Japandi interior style that defines the space. The result is a harmonious blend of natural materials, soft tones, and minimalist design.

In addition to the Stone Age team, plasterer Claudia Snoekx worked with Natureplast in a real-world application. Her experience confirms the product’s simplicity and quality. “We applied it without primer – on a stable, flat surface – and were surprised by how easy it was to work with. In some rooms, even one coat was enough to achieve a beautifully even result,” Claudia says. A handy tip from her: “Use a plant spray during the finishing process. It helps maintain an even texture and prevents streaks.” Together with the Stone Age specialists, Claudia helped optimise the application process and provided valuable feedback for future use. Her conclusion: Natureplast sells itself – it’s practical, aesthetically pleasing, and commercially attractive.
